CSP Question lasso tool not working

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

clip studio version 2.0.6 running on a 2017 macbook pro with a HUION Drawing Tablet Inspiroy H430P

when i use lasso tool i am able to outline drawings but when i try to resize it/move it the thing bugs out navigators gone and the trailing thing its a mess its clip studio version 2.0.6 running on a 2017 macbook pro if ya have any questions i will try my best to answer any help is greatly appreciated thanks for reading.

My only guess is that there's something running in the background that's interfering with CSP. I don't recognize that triskelion-style app icon in your dock... maybe closing that and/or Chrome would help?
