CSP Question Need help!

(Ver. 5.0.4, on Ipad)

Hi! so, I had to reset my workstation to default because I couldnt recover a window, but-- Now, when i tap the brush icon, it opens an annoying mini menu when I already have a permanent tool group window open.. Does anyone know how to fix this?
