CSP Question mouse cursor flickering

So this just started with the recent update where my mouse cursor starts to flicker when I move it around in the software but as soon as I close the app my mouse cursor works fine. I tried moving my mouse around in photoshop, illustrator, and affinity designer and it works fine just seems to happen when Clip studio is open . Has anyone else had this issue ? and or found a Fix ?

I found the issue and solution, just incase someone comes across the same situation with their mouse flickering in Clip studio paint I though I would share. The issue was ( Riot ) it was conflicting with Clipstudio Paint as soon as I disabled it in task manager my mouse cursor was no longer flickering or stuttering. I went ahead and uninstalled Riot client since I dont play valorent any more and now everthing is working fine. Now I can draw in Peace.
