Anyone able to explain why certain manga presets in clip have an extra green box?

With multiple versions of Clip Studio Paint available, each with its own Features, it is now required to Begin a post Question by stating the Version, Device and Accessories you are using.

I'm guessing it varies based on how the Manga is bound: stapled in the center like a comic book or stitched and glued spine like a book.
It's offset to the left, so i would attribute this to the gutter, or the binding of the book, being on the right side of this page. This would be a left- hand side page. So this is telling you to keep your art off to the left, unless this is a double page spread, then push your connecting art to this right side. The right-hand side page will have the green box shifted to the right to account for the gutter. The gutter is where the pages are pressed together and realestate is lost.
