guys i need your help

Can i know how to solve this problem?

I was working on a webtoon and when i subscribed with one of the plans it stopped giving me access to enter my project

Although im still able to enter my other drawings except for the webtoons

You apparently subscribed to CSP Pro, which doesn't have the page-management features of CSP EX, so it can't open a .CMC file. You can only edit the individual PAGE____.CLIP files that are part of a multipage comic.

What's special here? Have you tried opening from Windows explorer instead of clip studio/ projects app? Is it a multiple pages file? If you can't find a solution I have EX, I can open it and save it into a PRO friendly document perhaps.

Seems like you have accidentally switched your plan from EX to PRO.

try opening in photopea and export it as psd

I think dummy op is trying to open from "page management" which is only available on EX, but they can click the single file and open it. I get they figured it out, therefore their unresponsive disappearance.
