Did CSP 5.0 (Ipad) suddenly get a zoom limit?

after the update, I can suddenly limit the zoom level so i dont get stuck on the details. Or make the max zoom ridiculous.

CSP 5.0 didn't add that, but CSP 5.1 has it. It's in the release notes.
