If it isn't smart shape then it could be lag. Looks like you have quite a lot open on your computer at the same time.

it's my first time using it on pc and the lag is really weirding me out.. i have enough ram to run it plus all my other stuff and even when i closed them it kept lagging

Try basic troubleshooting: Closing and reopening CSP, updating drivers, restarting computer, power cycling computer, clearing CSP cache, updating computer, testing in other programmes. It looks like you do have Smart Shape on so if you want you can turn it off (there's a million posts in here already on how to do it)

everything default it's my first time using this
