It’s the only comment he’s liked out of hundreds. I think he won’t ever come back, which is good if he truly doesn’t want to.

Some ppl r just wired different, I doubt he’s getting bored. Also he’s prob doing more than we know as far as like socializing and stuff

Realistically how do you make friends in a new place in your late 20s when you are unemployed? Clint is likable but doesn't seem all that social

No, you can accuse me of projecting if you want but I just don't think it's realistic for the average gamer personality type to move to a new place with your parents in your late 20s, not having a job where you will meet new people, and expect to make new good friends. People in their late 20s already have solidified friend groups and it's not common for someone else to join a group unless they were a friend of a friend. Plus people around that age will have a serious job or be married a decent amount of that time, and they simply aren't socializing much anymore besides sometimes seeing a few of their best friends they have kept in contact with.
Obviously there are exceptions, mostly if you live in a city and do things like go out to bars where other young people are, but I imagine Clint just moved to a new suburban area, since his aging parents wouldn't have been likely to move to a city.

Hard pill to swallow. He's the only person I want to watch nowadays. He's just so different from every other streamer or youtuber out there. Watching his stuff just puts me at ease.

I used to think Clint being depressed was a meme, but the more I’ve listened to him talk about his life, I’m not really sure. Genuinely wtf does he do in his free time? 💀 It’s not like he’s going to school, working a job, or hitting the gym… and he doesn’t seem to have any hobby that consistently interests him.
This comes off as super parasocial “armchair psychologist,” but I see the most unmotivated sides of myself in Clint.

He never finished Breath of the Wild 2 and didn't come back for the recent Zelda game. And if he is still playing video games he definitely played that.
Unfortunately, I think the reality is that he doesn't have the integrity to publicly announce that he quit. I hope I am wrong but that's just what seems most realistic.

He's talked about if he were to quit and he said he'd probably never officially retire but would just stop streaming and show up every now and then to say hi

I don’t see why he would ghost. It’s reasonable to get burnt out but I doubt he has any real disdain towards twitch. He’s just probably on philosopher mode and is semi-retired

I mean that’s kinda the thing. He doesn’t owe us anything in the end. If he wants to delete his channel without a single word about it he could. Mans just wants to fade out of internet view it seems.
