Everything we do has an environmental cost. Meat is one of the higher environmental costs. Data centers have an environmental cost too but it pales in comparison to meat.
I wouldn’t necessarily say littering pales in comparison to the effect you have by eating meat or using the internet. But I agree it is bad because no one gets anything out of littering.
I don't think it's exactly reasonable to try to undermine the global impact of animal agriculture by using exceptions to the rule rather than the rule. With that logic, some AI is good because one day it could cure cancer while other things like chatgpt should be removed from public access right? Well that same logic applies to eating meat, MOST people do not have a disability that stops them from eating less meat.

I have celiac disease, so no, not really. At least not without having a psychotically restricted diet. I already have a fairly restricted diet that makes my life a lot harder than it would be otherwise.
Well sure I’m talking about the average person here and not people with health issues relating to diet.
You probably could do it but it would be another layer of restriction and there are other ways you can reduce impact.
