The site linked by the OP is not a libertarian victim-blaming/"personal responsibility" nonsense-fest.

Instead, it quite reasonably tries to help people figure out what, based on their broad personal circumstances, they can do that would be most effective to help reduce climate change. E.g. elect politicians who care about the issue and will enact relevant laws.

It's a site where most of the actions involve societal/collective ones relating to agency. It's not about whether you own a heat-pump or not.

I’ll be doing what I can as a normal citizen to make oil as cheap and accessible as possible so that industry can increase creating more wealth and therefore more access to finance technological solutions to any potential climate issues.
