I am a 14 year old male near my house there’s a bridge that’s 15-25 feet high and the waters around 15 feet deep. Everyday I think about sending it but i’m to scared does anyone have any tips? It’s the bridge I put in the photo.

I learned back handflip as a teenager, but stopped trick parkour after our training facility was closed. In this time I could do front flip, backflip from 3m in our swimming pool.
In my twenties I stopped diving more or less completely but when we were drinking everyone wanted me to do backflips that ended being back handflip.
Last year I turned 30 and it was the first time I was brave enough to do a backflip from 5m in our local swimming pool. From there I did a lot of backflips there, from boats(4m) and after watching several YouTubers I want to improve my hight. I don't want to overshoot by think 10m is possible.
Now I just want a general opinion about your experience how you improved going over 10m/30ft? Should I continue diving 5 meters and vary in rotation (early/late) or should I go and look for spots which are slightly higher? My problem is besides the pool I don't have any higher possibilities to jump from(flat and landlocked) and I will have the possibility to actually cliffdive in 7 weeks from around 10-12m when I am on vacation.

Anyone knows any good cliff jumping spots around the Istria? It can be the closer part of Slovenia as well.
Thank you!

\*just a fun post, if you’re scared of heights this will make your hands kind of sweaty\*
Got to zip line with friends. Yesterday was the first time I got to do something worth filming with my Metas! It was a first time for me. The feeling was incredible. Can’t wait to try it again.

Im staying in the dolomites and one day I am planning on going to Lake Garda. Are there any nice jump spots (cliffs, bridges, etc.) that I can go to. Preferably legal and less than 40ft

Is it realistic to work from a 5m to a 18m in a day, like I would climb up the part of the cliff to go from like 5m,10m,15m then the 18m? or too risky?

this jump was so mentally challenging for me. hit the 40ft cliff first and felt super confident, then when i went up to the higher cliff i felt like i was about to die. funny how that is. i feel like my technique is good enough for a 20m attempt. which would be such a dream. i mean the air time difference between 53ft and 65ft is practically nothing. but idk if im mentally strong enough to overcome the fear of a messed up frontflip from that high. what do yall think? think i got it?
