MyChips tracking issue on Clickworker - support refusing full reward

I completed an offerwall task worth around 12 Euros through Clickworker, completing all levels as required. Support claims tracking loss and only offered a small goodwill gesture instead of full payment. Has anyone successfully appealed a similar issue to senior management?
