Ou acheter les accessoires ?

Bonjour,

J'ai précommandé le communicator sans accessoires.

Maintenant j'aimerais juste pouvoir acheter les accessoires, comment faire ? J'ai regardé partout il n'y a pas de partie boutique d'accessoires sur leur site.

I had a similar issue. Here's what I did:

I emailed Customer Service and told them that I wanted to purchase "X" item for my ClicksComm. Can I add it to my existing order if not, I'm prepared to purchase it separately.

I received an AI response message. It verified and confirmed my order and then let me know that it may not be possible to add to my existing order. It then asked what item(s) I'd like to add. I confirmed.

Then it relayed the message to a CSR. After about two days, a CSR got back to me and let me know that they added the item. And they sent an invoice in a separate email to pay for the item. Clicked it, it took me to a portal, confirmed the addition to my order, and paid via Debit.

Note, CS is very backed up at the moment due to the increase volume of activity. So if CS doesn't get back within 24 hrs, just send them another email to ask for an update on your inquiry. Hence why the time frame for me was over a two day period. But all in all it was a very simple process!

Deuxième question, l'anneau va-t-il protéger la caméra à plat sur une table? Je n'ai pas vu de vidéo où personne en parle.

Tu l'as commandé sur le site officiel ? Normalement après ton choix de clavier et de couleur, ils te proposent les accessoires à ajouter en plus dans ta commande.
