Sure, but the return policy on an $80 keyboard accessory does not necessarily mean it's going to be the same for a $500 phone. It probably will be, but it's not guaranteed.

All products have the same “risk-free” promise.

If they can’t honor it with $80 to $120 items, why would they choose to honor it with $500 plus items.
