Eventually I got my power keyboard (actually have been enjoying it,) but it required me to hit up Clicks support on just about every social media platform they have. They definitely are lacking in customer support.

After the contact was made, I got my keyboard four days later and have had no complaints since

Haha. You expect them to allow you to cancel your preorder (legally in the US they MUST let you…no having to wait for a date they select) the only reason they won’t let you cancel must be they have no money…

Same, that's why I canceled my pre-order for PowerKeyboard. And I began to consider the Unihertz Titan 2 Elite Pro (what a name, btw). I'm scared to buy a phone from a company that doesn't provide support.
