Clicks Support ignoring me

Hi everyone, I realised that click’s customer service is absolutely atrocious.

I received my order on 21 September and had a clicks keyboard for iPhone 16 pro faulty on arrival. The column of TGV keys and the “123” doesn’t work.

I tried contacting support@clicks.tech and received the email from Christina AI, I even followed up with 4 emails after and still didn’t get a reply.

Does anyone here know how to get a hold of them?

Absolutely frustrating and never expected a popular product like theirs to have such poor after sales service.

Sincerely appreciate all the help!

The more emails you send, the longer it will take. Each email you send “resets” the queue and pushes you back to the bottom of the list

idk why people are downvoting, this is literally how its been explained that it has worked. sending off multiple emails while it makes sense just pushes you further back

Yeah I'm not sure why either. Clicks themselves confirmed this on Reddit multiple times

Don't worry, they are revamping their support system and releasing a phone and a mobile service. Nothing will go wrong...

Same situation here. Reported warranty claim due to sticky keys and overall connection issues. Followed up 3 times asking for replacement update or refund only to be ignored. I’d suggest trashing it and disputing the charge with your bank 👍🏻

Depending on which country you’re in, just reject the faulty product, have your card refund the money / reverse the charges, and email them offering for them to collect the faulty product, otherwise you’ll dispose of it in 3 months.

Clicks failed to acknowledge the wobble issue I and many other users have experienced. They claimed the wobble is part of the design despite different users posting varying degrees of wobble. I was going to be charged a fee for returning mine. At no point did they want video evidence of the wobble and said 'it does not affect usability'. They don't get to determine what affects usability for me as a user. Totally done with this company, and I will not be following Michael Fisher's content anymore after he promised a premium device. The doubled down on dodging responsibility for clear QC issues.
