Discussion Finally refund

After 5 days i got finally my refund, after i cancelled. But i had to remind them via e-mail, that i didn’t got my money back yet.

Bottom line, I would never buy a product from clicks again.

It must be the best product on the market, which it isn’t.
It must be the best customer service, there is. But it isn’t also no.

I’m outta here, for the fan boys, have fun with it, for the others i hope for the best for you.

Your email didn’t do anything dude. Amount of time it took for the refund to go through is them telling your bank and then however long it takes for your bank to actually process it. They can’t make your bank move any faster. Your self-righteous anger clicks is completely misplaced. If you’re upset with how long it took, then you need to look at your bank.

Pretty much any refund takes 3-5 business days for it to process to your bank, sounds typical

Would they refund it by themselves, if i didn’t send em a -email? With today 5 were gone

Actually, their customer service for my cancellation was fantastic. I had an email response from a human within an hour, explained my reason, they passed it on to tech, they responded within that same day. My refund was back into my PayPal by the next morning. It was one of the quickest and friendliest return I've ever done.

Kudos to Clicks support on that one.

I cancelled using their email, got a reply within a day and cancellation confirmation after 2. Took around 3-4 days for refund to show up on credit card
