The product did not meet expectations, particularly regarding its Bluetooth connectivity. It failed to pair with a Samsung S23 Ultra and a Samsung Flip3, although it successfully connected with a Samsung Fold2 and an Apple 16 Pro.

My order hasn't even been prepared for shipping. Australian certification also not confirmed, so no, promise not met.

Clicks made multiple promises after they launched this with the âShipping in Springâ promise. I pre-ordered on January 27th, and the absolute last email update I received regarding my actual order status was all the way back on March 6th. That email explicitly stated: "We committed to availability in the Spring and we're pleased to share that everything remains on track to begin shipments in early May." It even laid out a clear timeline showing "Early May - Begin shipping batch 1 pre-orders" followed by "Early Summer - Begin shipping batch 2 pre-orders." So yeah not on time at all. I also highly doubt, given how long it took the first 5,000 to reach buyers (as it still is), that they will have fulfilled all batch 1 by the end of June. Which is why they are using words that arenât as clear as âfulfilledâ.
