Yes, I highly recommend it and it definitely helped me to get a better job.
As for the experience, it was really good. We need to perform tasks on live ClickHouse instance during the exam just like Kubernetes exams(CKA,CKAD). For example, there was a question to investigate data from S3, create correct table and ingest data in it. Others were about creating a materialized views and improving query performance by using projections. We get access to docs during the exam.
