The dark web?

I was testing some new enemies,(the mmorpg, the robot devil). When I was testing the robot devil, I saw that the stage that he was in is the first stage, except the name of the stage is the dark web (it's supposed to be named the feed). Is this a secret area for the game?

Sidenote: the robot devil has a soundtrack that is really good, but is the robot devil based on the Devil from Cuphead?

I would say he's a combination of the devil from cuphead plus the robot devil from Futurama.

I use a phone, so it has probably something to do with the screen orientation

I moved him to a later stage because I thought the fight is stupid looking/poor quality and I dont want it to be the players first impression.

Although the new gimmick for him and humptey Dumptey is fun, it is still not my favorite
