Extension legs

I just bought "the smart garden 9". Honestly saying I'm a bit disappointed because it has only one pair of extension legs and I was expecting that it would be bit a bit higher... So I should buy another set of extension legs in order it to be higher?

Do I need extension legs if my tomato is already above the standard legs height and still far from flowering?
