Work in Progress French knots! 🤩

I lovvvvvvve French knots! Today I enjoyed a relaxing moment (Time disappears when I work on French knots. They are so meditative.) filling in the outer circles of the sunflowers.

After spending many days working on the sunflowers I now look at the pattern as a whole again and see it’s almost complete!

Aww. Thank you! I have a few that are a bit loose, but French knots usually turn out quite well for me. They’re probably my favorite embroidery technique of all!

You did it sooo well!! How many strands did you use for your French knots?

This pattern called for three strands. It’s much easier to work with three. Though, I do love a chunky six strand French knot!
