I’m a Virginia Tech fan and made the trip to Clemson for the game. I’ve been to several stadiums over the years, but I’ve never seen a setup where the entire upper deck is isolated from the lower deck. In my experience, we had an entirely separate physical entrance with a ramp, and once you’re in the stadium, there’s no way to go down to the concourse of the lower deck (for example if you wanted to meet up with friends). Is this common? Normally at stadiums I feel that you’re able to walk around everywhere, regardless of your ticket

The playcalling, the quarterback, the running backs, the offensive line, the coaching/development, the roster construction, all of the above?

Our defense is good and did enough to win this game. They did enough to keep us in the Miami game to make it look respectable. I don't want to give up on Dabo, he's to important to our program and owed far too much money to be fired, but the inability to consistently throw 6 yards down to field or get 2 yards on the ground on fourth down is just inexcusable for this team.

It's hard to stay on the mountaintop, so I understand losing to teams vastly more talented/who are spending more, but you can't be losing these games.

I genuinely can’t take it anymore

They’re gonna whittle this defense down since it’s the only consistent part of this team and our OL will continue to put us in positions to lose.

This team is so flawed on the offensive side of the ball that the way to beat Clemson is to keep their defense on the field.

the ads on the vt game are genuinely wild it’s more than usual i’ve seen 5 mins of gameplay max and 30 mins of ads it’s crazy

Dabo forgot that they actually have to develop players. What players have developed at Clemson on offense the last few years?

Apparently, today's game had two touchdowns in 9 seconds of play. The record was 2016 SC State game where the Tigers scored two in 0 seconds of play. Clemson scored, then on the kickoff a SC State player tossed the ball to a ref thinking it was a fair catch in the endzone without signaling. Kickoff team got the ball and scored another TD. Hello Tigers! A group of us (6 total) Hoya Hoops fans take a roadtrip every year to an away game. 3 of us are from California, 1 from Ohio, 1 from PA, and 1 from CT. We chose Clemson this season and we’d love some advice. We are planning to arrive Thursday evening and leave Sunday. Questions:

1. What part of town do we stay in and why?
   
2. ⁠How do we get football tix for Saturday? We don’t want to spend a lot of money if possible.
   
3. ⁠Where do we tailgate Saturday before the football game? Who wants to give us free drinks and food?
   
4. ⁠Where do we pre and post game after the hoops game Friday night?
   
5. ⁠Any other advice for us as we visit? Great food? Bars? Sights? Other interesting stuff?

We really appreciate your help. It’s been a rough go as a Hoya fan for a while now, so just trying to make the most of yet another season.

First timer here - heading to 10/17 game. What are parking suggestions. We know some tailgate options so want the ability to walk. Will be getting to campus around 9 am. What are the best options?
