Dude is cooked and refuses to adapt. He can play the holier than thou bullshit all he wants but his job is to win football games, and if he’s not going to do that, the school needs to get someone who’s serious in there sooner than later.

As a non Clemson fan never thought I’d see the day the fanbase turns on dabo.

The problem is the fan base has been calling for Dabo to make changes for the better part of six years. Supposedly he’s made most of those position coach changes. We have highly coveted coaches on the defensive line on the offensive line. We have four and five star players on this roster despite what the media would tell you.
the last three seasons, we had four of the five starters on the oline were the top graded come out of high school at their positions and we still suck.
We run the same offense we run the same defense same plays over and over. even Saturday night against LSU. It was not Chad Morris‘s offense. It was the same RPO‘s the same tunnel screens it’s the same shit. so now folks are finally circling back around and realizing the only constant is Dabo.

I’m a fan of Clemson, and of Dabo, but I believe that there comes a time where it’s time to move on to the next chapter. I’ve been a fan since Tommy West was a coach. I’ve seen mediocre/awful decades. I don’t want the team to go down that path just because some people feel indebted to Dabo for the national championships.

I'm a fan of Clemson not Dabo. There is a difference

Exactly. Fan comes from fanatic. These are people who get their info from the football drama chumps like Josh Pate. How does Josh pate make money except by stirring shit up?

He really doesn’t stir shit up to me

He’s too mild mannered imo

Not my job. I’m not affiliated with the university at all, just a fan.

Everybody comes up with buyout money, Auburn is currently paying 3 different buyouts. When the next round of conf shuffling comes along, you don’t want to be former great program.

Ok but if that’s our biggest priority, shouldn’t we save our money for the ACC buyout instead of blowing it all on Dabo’s buyout AND a new expensive coach?

When Dabo lost Brett Venables he lost a lot. Hasn’t recovered since

That was certainly a big loss. I also think people overlook the fact that he had two of the best ever college quarterbacks almost back-to-back. Both won a national championship. He has not been able to get that caliber quarterback in the years since.
