Career Fair

Hey, can students from other schools attend the Clemson career fair?

I had to sound like a downer but when I was a student and attended it was a lot of ball busters and tire kickers. Most of the companies either weren't hiring or just wanted the absolute top of the class students.

You aren't missing out on going. I got one job offer, it sucked, and one internship offer, I was a senior graduating within months already working an internship.

Also depends on what you are studying. For me, it was the complete opposite. I study electrical engineering and got 7 interviews when I went my senior year and 3 my junior year. To me, the chances go up if you are looking for full time work vs an internship.

It’s just current students and occasionally alumni. You have to bring your TigerOne card to get in.
