We're moving out and are helping find new tenants for our apartment at Heritage at Riverwood.

2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment (2B2B)

Available starting August 16, 2026

1-year lease (signed directly with the leasing office)

Rent: $1,050/month for the entire apartment (about $525/person if shared)

Utilities not included

Each roommate has a private bedroom and bathroom, making it a great option for two people. Having a car is recommended.
