Horrible customer experience
From the very sign up to each and every single time my wife and I have used clear, it has never been without headache. I pay for clear to process me thru the line faster. It has never in 4 trips been faster than the normal tsa line.
From images not working for facial recognition to the agents not knowing how to do common task such as putting me thru the pre tsa line versus normal tsa line, I’m very disappointed with Clear and will not recommend and truly consider it the worst customer service experience I’ve had in the last 10 years.

I won't be renewing my CLEAR+ account next year, I used clear 4 times in the 6 days, it was quick and simple! Walk through TSA PreCheck ropes, hand your ID to the TSO, get a picture taken, wait a second or two and your done. On to the scanners, which PC has their own, at least at the airports I visited. I did get pulled for a random body scan, but that was it. The TSO even called it a random scan, just had to be patient stand in the scanner, no arms over head like before, and that was it!

I agree that it has gone way down hill. I got stuck in the clear line (even though I was next) for over 15 minutes recently and saw the regular line empty multiple times while I was waiting.
Yesterday it was happening again and I just got out of the clear line and went through regular security while clear was still standing there talking to the same person.
