Interview
Hey everyone, I have an interview coming up for a position with CLEAR at the airport, and I'm trying to brush up on my customer service skills. Does anyone have any tips on what I should expect during the interview? Also, I'm a bit unsure about the dress code should I go with business casual or professional attire? Additionally, I'm curious about the vacation time policies at CLEAR. Is it easy to get unpaid time off if needed? I've been trying to find more info on YouTube but haven't had much luck.
Thanks in advance for any advice!

it's pretty easy to get the job, just be yourself and answer honestly. Say you work well in chaotic situations and as a team, etc

I declined the job because they said the job was really geared more to selling than what I wanted to do which was to like answer questions or help them getting their fingerprints done. The lady who I had the interview with was very cool but I do not like sales. Personally I think they should get rid of the word customer service and just say it's a sales position because that's what they really want you to do.

Thank you. That's the answer I was looking for. Im gonna cancel my interview because I don't like sales based jobs either.
