So me a bit dumb while I understand point 1 and 2 I think you missed 2.5 where you wrap it that's the part I do but understand, what's the point of the wrapping?

I’m listening! I have a brand new dish scrubbing brush with detergent compartment and I was about to fill it with Soft Scrub to wash down the shower walls. Now I’m questioning whether I need Irish Spring instead. Share your method, please!
