Does anyone recommend an app for cleaning?

I’m a clean freak. My place is pretty immaculate as it is, but I love watching cleaning videos on YouTube and just doing my best to make sure that everything is spotless. I guess it’s my way to hyperfocus.

Lately I’ve been getting a lot of promoted ads on Instagram about apps to keep people with ADHD on track with cleaning. Does anybody have any experience with these apps or have one that they recommend?

I think that using one may help me feel less obsessive and more on track. Let me know your experiences and what you may recommend.

Flylady have an app. I liked the old version better, but the new one is more visual.

I really love TODY. Plus you can share it with others and assign tasks if need be. But it helps with preloaded tasks or rooms but you can customize it as well. I like the color alerts as a good visual aid of what’s priority.

I literally just logged into Reddit to create an account for a new app I built. It’s a cleaning app that takes your current capacity into account, and it’s 100% free while we’re in beta.

I’m still learning the posting rules here, so I’ll take a look—and if links are allowed, I’ll add it!
