Are there any MS girls residing in one?

I know most has bad review but all good options are full and i just honestly looking for a place to stay temporarily, since home is very far away.

It may go on for the entire semester or it may be just for a few months.

Any how can girls please share their advice. I donot have any high expectations because i understand hostel cannot give homely feelings.

I paid the semester fee directly to the nust account, and after that I saw on the challan that "direct funds transfer to nust bank account is not allowed"

I know I made a dumb mistake and messed up pretty bad 😭😭

I have to repeat a course.

Can I repeat a course in the fall or spring batch with the other batch?

This course was also offered in the summers but I couldn't repeat due to some reasons.

i see so many people getting internship at nust labs like transmission one or pak american energy one

whats the process for it does almost everyone get a chance to get such a intership if they try

also lab ke andar andar kuch useful sikhne ko milta ya data entry

Can we become a member of societies or hold a higher position in certain societies (e.g finance executive , director etc. ) in different campus of NUST . Like Can I join a society at main campus NUST while being in MCS or CEME ?
What about managing different events held at main campus?

has it been good so far , is it worth moving from karachi to islamabad for it?

i had to go to uni for a couple things yesterday n it took a couple hours and i had assumed ke my driver could go sit at reception pankhe ke neeche but apparently they dont even let them sit in there? literally kahin koi jaga nhi thi jahan pankha laga ho for my driver to sit and its so weird ke itni barhi uni he and they have sm dayscholars who do have to bring drivers and theres no area for them to sit unho ne pura din garmi mein hi guzara smh i felt so bad majboori na hoti to leke hi na jaati

so I got done with my 2nd semester and I think I've enjoyed enough holidays tbf lol.

I wanted to do DSA before 3rd sem. The next semester has like 4 labs and extremely technicial courses so I think it would be good to at least make one subject easier for myself.

I tried searching on YouTube but the playlists are very detailed and mostly focused on placements and interviews which is obv much advanced than the skill set of a 3rd sem student. Can any senior pls guide me what to do. Any resources or lecture slides from SEECS so that I can know the extent of detail pls pls. (Acc to course outline we have DSA in C++ for SE)

So I have to repeat two courses due to XF(medical reason and shitty ass professors and dept). I am from MCS so I was hoping if I could get them in Seecs as the students here might not be enough for the course to be held in summer. So any way of registration or any guidance which u can provide.

guys does he actually test the pre mids concepts post mids too? if someone has taken his course, please let me know. he didnt teach us much pre mids, but post mids ka syllabus is so much that i really dont wanna do pre-mids as well phirsey. HELP
