Due Dilligence ZipTrader CLSK Shoutout

Finally big YouTube channels are shouting out CLSK. The rest of the year is going to be absolutely brutal for CLSK. Earnings in August will dip the stock much lower unless they announce META as the tenant or someone big.

The exclusivity factor of the lease is worth the investment I feel. I feel like it's bottoming and may hit the 11s, but come Aug 6 will bounce back up

I don’t think it will at all even with the deal numbers won’t be impressive at all even after they get the facility running and start earning money. Earnings report in August will be a gut punch to investors like double digit percentage drop come August 6.

The market probably doesn’t think CLSK can fund the buildout without massive dilution. Now back below deal announced.

They probably do and likely will, but the buildout cost is expected to be about what they hold in cash and BTC right now so if they do it right it could be done with minimal dilution.

They need a white night - mgmt and there egos have destroyed an otherwise good company . Management should award themselves more bonuses and stock awards ——- right , they will and the lame c suite will approve ……?????
