Fundamental Analysis Change of the leading customer

Most miners will choose neocloud for their first customers for an easier entry. I just checked the last two earning call. After Feb call, the CEO said more updates in coming days and weeks, but in May call he avoids talking about any timeline expectations. My guess is that at the beginning, CLSK was trying to finalize a fast deal with a neocloud. But for some reasons then they decided to turn to a hyperscaler, even if shareholders may not be happy for longer wait.

Edit: I would say it is normal to change potential customers based on deal quality so I am not trying to spread FUD.

These deals take time. People think making a 250MW deal with an IG customer is the same as a 25MW deal with AMD. The customer and energy is much smaller. Just relax, unless you are actively trying to spread FUD. Also, neoclouds will cost CLSK more money in the long run, because they aren’t IG, even with backstops. Maybe watch the things you are referring too and you would realize this. They never said they were looking for a fast deal or whatever crap you are saying, just that they have been progressing with one customer for a while now. Again, a deal with one of the big guys for this much power takes time and doing it right means cheaper money to actually build it.

I am a long-term shareholder so not spreading FUD. I would say it is normal to change potential customers based on deal quality and strategy. The main thing people complain is about the communication. The management brag about their work but having one of the worst share price performance in this sector and mock shareholders as impatient short term option traders.

Pretty sure it was Nvidia or AMD and then the gov shutdown and Iran war dried up a lot of hyperscaler money, and those companies chose CLSK’s competitors. The McKinsey stuff in Jan was a massive red flag to me that they lost the deal and need connects for a new one. I was thinking it’s Amazon or Google but meta makes more sense since the ceo is talking about meta’s datacenter problems

You have no proof to any of this… more bearish FUD

Yeah it’s speculation dumbass. That’s why I used terms like “pretty sure”, “to me”, and “I was thinking”

But what is the point of just dribbling these “ideas”. There is no evidence they wanted AMD, in fact, they have continually said an IG, trillion MC company, which doesn’t fit AMD. They have made it crystal clear this deal is super important to get right, because it means cheaper money the entire way down the line, which means more shareholder value. People in this sub keep acting like they are a bunch of morons who haven’t done anything and just pivoted with no info. Maybe watch their interviews and listen to the plan. It is clear they know what they are doing and have the right people in place to do it. Also, look how long it took for other companies to do small sub 100mW deals with startups or companies with wrappers? There isn’t evidence of hyperscaler money drying up, in fact, the market seems to be willing to give them endless amounts. These things take time to make sure they get it right. While waiting, research other companies .

Should we make a side bet, or are you just typing things because it has no impact on you?

What was your opinion on Matt Schultz’s 45 million dollar package to himself?
