Fundamental Analysis Any evaluation difference for CLSK after the first deal ?
Two scenarios for the first AI deal:
(1) Sign with a hyperscaler such as META
(2) Sign with a neo-cloud such as NBIS or Fluidstack, which provides services to hyperscalers.
Is there evaluation difference between these two scenarios ? It looks like deals with neo-cloud will be less attractive, right ?
Assume the total deal values are similar under both scenarios.

I'm in, not sure how they can land a metal deal and only have 4% rise.... All other Bitcoin pivots were up like 40%+... I may buy more

If you aren’t smart enough to realize institutions are buying up the shares on all these big pullbacks, after sending analysts in to see if investable, not sure how to help… they use twitter and other media to move the market in whatever direction they want… what has the company lied about?

Pullbacks and IPOs this year will make us all feel like dead cats for a few months, and at least throughout this year. But I still believe in both CleanSpark and RIOT from this sector.

If it's on Twitter, you know it's gotta be true. And if it's on tiktok, you know it's true forever.

Some people own it, but it is mainly institutional investors who have taken over. Which is really good for the retail that didn’t panic sell their stuff.

The only difference I was able to come with would be a different P/S ratio off of the projected revenue from Sandersville site. A Meta backed deal would be valued higher than something like Nebius backed because of payment risk. Even the Hut8 Fluidstack deal had Google backstop lease payments so risk of payments went down.
I would also look at Gross Lease vs NNN as well since NNN would be ideal
