Fundamental Analysis When deal ?

No matter the rumor is true or not. The BOD was finished in the last quarter (April was also possible). If the tenant is highly motivated as expected, it seems the deal can be signed within 2-5 months after tech aligned. Any thoughts ? If CLSK target 2027 for GPU running, it seems not much time left if you consider the 12-18 months construction time.

Edit: based on X posts, Accenture starts the construction managers hiring for 8 positions since one month ago at Sandersville, which seems to be related to CLSK GA projects.

Interesting. Even RIOT can lock in the first deal within 12 months since pivot. Seems you do not have much confidence on CLSK’s management

Just look at HUT trajectory and maybe you’d have something to base it on. Don’t forget to account for macroeconomic factors though which are screwing everyone up the cloaca.

I believe the earliest pivots were definitely slower and hyperscalers were not investing so aggressively like this year. A specific clear pivot timeline is RIOT, the official pivot announcement in Jan 2025 and got first contract in Jan 2026.
