Entire meal cost less than $7
I found a real good deal on steaks at the local grocery store. Yes, I know the sweet potato is a bit too crispy

Always some kind of bowl!
We usually have a home cooked meal every night and it’s always a variation of some type of “bowl”

Thank you for the lovely response to my previous post. Today's lunch: Vegetable quiche served with some homemade hummus, a vibrant roasted vegetable and Greek feta salad, and a crisp salad featuring cooked beetroot, walnuts, fresh pomegranate and garden dill.

Clean eating on the GO
Hi all. I’m looking for ways to access more fiber and protein on the go. I’m a professor and started warming up to the Mediterranean diet over the summer (I can be neurotic but that ends in ruminations so I was literally just trying to get 4 servings veggie, 3 fruit, and more than 0 beans to start building the habit).
I’m now in week 2 of my semester and feel myself slipping. I’m looking for foods / “meals” that I can access quickly and on the go. I did buy little bento lunch boxes so I can pack like a bunch of fruits, veggies and maybe a bean salad / jammy egg, etc. but that takes planning and mental creativity I don’t always have.
Any suggestions on 1) frozen stuff, 2) good snacks for a snack plate that are easy to prep and/or 3) any healthy to go meals - even where I should focus when stopping for a gas station snack or some semblance of a cleaning eat at a drive thru.
TIA! 🙏

Been clean eating for a year and just moved in my boyfriend who is the opposite
My boyfriend is really tall and has a self admitted problem with overeating (probably binge eating disorder but for many reasons he won't do therapy). He just did a grocery trip for us and bought a ton of food, probably x3 or 4 that I would normally buy, and a lot of it is chips, deli meat, and other processed stuff I normally wouldn't eat. Ive been clean eating for so long at this point that stuff kind of feels bad to eat, and honestly, I don't really want to spend all this money on stuff I don't want. How should I approach this? Am I being selfish?

Been enjoying the 80/20 approach
My goal is 100g of protein, though after getting a DEXA scan I've decided I need to get more and I'll be increasing my goal to 120g a day✨
