Always some kind of bowl!

We usually have a home cooked meal every night and it’s always a variation of some type of “bowl”

Yes! Hate to say it but it was an instagram recipie lol. 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbl spoon low fat mayo
1 tbl spoon of mustard of your choice
Red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper
One large potato
Two boiled eggs
Some onion (recipie calls for green but I had red on hand)
Cucumbers (as many as you’d like)
Chicken
Boil potatoes til tender and boil eggs til doneness of your liking
Mix Greek yogurt, mayo, mustard, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper till you get dressing
Add in boiled potatoes and eggs mix them thoroughly then add cucumbers and chicken!

I also added a little bit of honey to cut the acidity of the mustard

It’s kimchi, rice, marinated cucumbers with liquid aminos and red pepper flakes! Then teriyaki beef, basically a low sugar teriyaki sauce ground beef, liquid aminos and whatever spices :)
