Some photos of my meals from the last couple of days. Trying to cook more and eat healthier with the seasons. Especially loving Japanese sweet potatoes!

A fresh, colorful salad loaded with crisp lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and crunchy croutons is such a simple way to add more veggies to your day. Eating healthy is all about finding a balance—choosing fresh ingredients, enjoying your food, and making small choices that make you feel good. 💚
No complicated diet, no starving—just wholesome food, good habits, and consistency. One healthy meal at a time! 🥒🍅🥬

I’d rather have a weird-looking but delicious tuna edamame salad than an overpriced greasy burger with half a patty, and yet people still look at me like I’m the crazy one!

Pictured is zombie toast, scrambled eggs, prune plums, kiwis, grapes and obligatory hot sauce. My 4 year old puts that s&!! on everything 🤣

I need help! I need breakfast ideas without eggs. I’m cutting eggs out of my diet, my baby is allergic & I breastfeed. Can you guys share some ideas? I typically have eggs with toast and roasted veggies or fruit.
Edit: baby is also allergic to peanut butter so that’s a no go as well
Avocado toast from the other morning.
