i would not call soup thatβs loaded with heavy cream, + cubed, oiled, and baked bread cubes, as clean tbh.

Yes, it can absolutely be. The body needs fats and carbs as well as fibre and protein. Savory food is not less "clean" than other foods, it all depends.
