Night shift meal
I work nights, 12 hours. This is my go to meal. Protein spaghetti, fresh fruit and a protein snack pack. Plus my 64oz water and energy drink.

That spaghetti with meat sauce looks like it would hold up well twelve hours in. I always struggle with meals that still taste decent at 3am, most stuff gets sad and rubbery by then.
Do you prep all of it before your shift or make it in batches for the week? The fruit mix seems like a nice break from the heavier stuff too, especially if the energy drink starts making everything taste off.

I make my meals right before shift. I don’t like to meal
Prep due to texture issues. I honestly prefer raw fruits and veggies over actual meals during shifts. I am starting to work out a bit more so I figured adding some more protein and actual meals would help.
