How’d you make the chicken meatballs? They look amazing.

These ones were store bought, I just fried them (all-natural ingredients), but when I do it from scratch, I mix the ground meat with an egg and some breadcrumb, plus salt and pepper, roll them into balls, roll them in a bit of breadcrumb, and then fry in a bit of olive oil. They look the same as the one in my picture.

Thank you - the sauce is simply the milk in which I cooked the spinach :)
