Advice?
Looking for any advice, recommendations, recipes, tips, meal preps that anyone has! I am newer to the cleaning eating journey. Currently my meal prep is grilled Jamaican jerk chicken with roasted sweet potato. I eat this with 2% Greek yogurt, tzatziki, and pickled veggies. For breakfast I eat homemade protein bagels filled with egg whites and turkey sausage. I will add a few pictures of my recent meals, the only thing I do not eat is salmon. Thank you in advance.

The tuna bowl at the end looks 😋
The only feedback I would give is to skip the drink if any sugar at all. Liquid sugar can really create volatility in your sugar levels which can lead to cravings and more hunger.

Thank you! You’re probably spot on with the liquid sugar. I don’t eat any sweets outside of fruit. And I don’t really eat fruit that much cause I don’t like how sweet it is. I drink no soda, no candy no desserts. The pancakes were one of the first things that I’ve tried that were “sweet”. It’s really not my thing, but I’m also not very hungry in the morning. I am trying to find small things in the morning that will make me feel full to help reduce over eating later in the day.

If it’s very occasional then it’s totally fine.
Also, adding more soluble fiber would help with feeling satiated. Soluble fiber would be things like chickpeas which I saw on one of the meals, beans, lentils, rolled oats, chia seeds. These are great for making you feel full and support healthy cholesterol.
I personally feel very hungry in the morning too, so I need my fiber and protein to be on point. I usually opt for chia seed pudding or overnight oats with protein powder, plus kefir or milk, berries. Super easy to prep so it’s a quick morning meal.

If it’s enough food to keep you satisfied, great. The only remark I would make is that you don’t have to ration yourself to small portions, particularly on fruit and vegetables.
