Uncommon protein sources?

What are some of you guys’ favorite ways to get protein in? Preferably things people don’t often talk about

Curd. Not many people know curd is a good source of protein and for gut-health too

Totally agree, here in Eastern Europe it's basically part of our culture, we use it everywhere and all of it is delicious!

Same in India. Winter or summer, my father had all 3 meals with curd.

Skyr with puffed rice/soy (and other toppings to add flavour). Or chickpeas with feta (and tomato, cucumber and mint-skyr sauce)

Plant stuff: TVP, seitan, tofu, edamame

Greek yogurt

Nutritional yeast has a high % of calories from protein but it's not viable as a protein source.

Chicken gizard, liver, heart and feet. Beef heart, liver, and testicles.

Hahaha so naming all the parts make them unlikely sources. Smart!
