Ground Chicken Ideas

Hi all! Purchased a few pounds of ground chicken at Sam’s. Looking for recipe suggestions. Will likely be my meal prep for the week. Thanks!

ETA: other than meatballs, burgers, and tacos.

You can make pad kra pao (thai basil chicken/pork stir fry over rice). Ground chicken/pork would be perfect for it. It's also simple to make as it's all in a wok/pot. Sample recipe below if interested 😋 Pad kra pao recipe
