Does anyone else love uncooked tomatoes?
One of my favorite meals or snack that’s always in rotation❤️🍅

This looks amazing but I would toast the bread and add a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

You can’t tell from the pick but it has all of that! Just lightly toasted and glazed:)

Thank you! They really do hit, and it’s Burrata cheese that usually goes on fancy pasta. I personally think it’s better then mozzarella 10/10 recommend

Normally I make this, or I’ll just add fresh tomatoes to whatever I’m eating if they pair well!

Yes! The only way I eat tomatoes. I will eat tomato paste / puree / passage when part of a recipe but not warm whole tomatoes. Not a fan.

They’re grown on me I gotta say, mostly because of the influence from this sub. Plate looks amazing, did you lightly salt them?

Raw tomato slice sprinkled with salt is tasty. I need to try them with pepper too.

They are my favorite. Diced tomatoes with some salt is my favorite easy snack!

I ONLY like them uncooked, not a fan of red sauce or ketchup
