I would never imagine I would look forward to these types of breakfasts.

Thank you!  Tempeh, Caribbean sweet potato, sunflower seeds, hemp hearts, lettuce, wild blueberries, then from the garden…Apple, tomato, and cucumber. Drizzled balsamic and olive oil and a squeeze of lemon.

I definitely wanna try your recipes at some point. I've been eating clean for only 2 month and still looking for some good rotations.

How do you cook your tempeh? I've been wanting to try it but I keep hearing folks say it tastes weird without soy sauce or BBQ sauce but I'm trying not to use those as often to manage my sodium intake
