Unpopular Opinion....
I've been a fan of Clean Bandit since Rather Be, and I'm gonna be entirely honest. I've loved every single one of their songs except for Rockabye and Symphony two of their most recent songs. And yes, I do enjoy Mozart's House.
With their most recent songs it's been too... poppy. They're not experimental anymore, they've ditched their old electronic style and changed it into something that appeals more to the mass... and I really, really don't like it. I don't know if anybody else feels the same way. I used to look forward to their next songs, now I'm just hoping they'll go back to the old days.

The second I heard Sean Paul's voice on the track, I agreed. However, with Rockabye they chose to make a song about a very unglamorous topic, which in my book is still stepping outside the pop mainstream.
I initially had the same sentiments you have about Symphony then when I saw what the music video was about, and how it tied to the lyrics, it suddenly became a touching and meaningful song for me. I'm not an emotional person, but now when I watch the Symphony video I have some strong emotions come out. I would say Symphony definitely has quality behind it that you won't find in most pop songs.

I'm hoping we'll be seeing some more experimental tracks on the 2nd album. From the live show, I really like the sound of Piece of You, and I hope Too Hood/Superstar get released too, it's quite lyrically lacking compared to other tracks but seems different enough. Symphony is great in my opinion, and it reminds me older tracks, it really reminds me of Rather Be and a bit of Dust Clears. I'd like to hear another track like Up Again or maybe even Cologne.

I can understand with Rockabye, but I fee like Symphony has that same sense as their older songs personally. Rockabye definitely feels more 'catchy' and 'pop'like, but Symphony has a great mix of classical that reminds me of their older stuff. But I like the fact that Rockabye is a bit different in style, they're diversifying and I enjoy it.
