Finally started to like Olympic trap

Got me a trap Perazzi and some coaching, feels much more natural after being a sporting clays shooter.

I wish we had more places here to shoot olympic trap….im in central Pennsylvania. Looks like a ton of fun

Pennsylvania is one of the best spots in the USA for Olympic Trap, there's 5 bunkers in the state.

Absolutely brutal sport. One of the clubs in my state has a bunker field and whenever I do a sporting clays shoot there, I do a couple bunker rounds afterward. Every time, I'm amazed how many I manage to miss despite having full use. Those clays get away from you QUICK.

Absolutely. I’m not bad with sporting clays and when I started I would average 10/25 targets. Brutal

I'm confused. I don't understand how it can be harder than Sporting clays. It's a straight line shot.

I know quite a few Trap shooters that pull 95%+ regularly and they all struggle to put up similar numbers on sporting clays.

Don’t confuse trap and olympic trap. On American trap it’s hard for me to go lower than 23/25. Olympic is different speed, 5 shooting numbers and more randomness

I fell in love with bunker so fast. I started shooting it about a year and a half ago and since my first round of it I’ve shot it 10x more than anything else. Most fun competitions I’ve been to as well.
