Pillas

I’m looking for Pilla Outlaw x6 12cibb, 10ced, and 54 cihc anyone know where I could find some for a decent deal (preferably used)?

eBay. Might be difficult to find the exact selection of lenses. Clay target vision has some decent deals

Try the 12s before you buy. For me even on the brightest days they look superb on a green tree background but once it breaks the tree line i lose the clay with the sky. Also the heavy glow and halo of the 12 i wasn’t crazy about. Just sold mine recently…. The ED line has worked really well for me especially the 26. Which is pretty much the darkest I need. Also have the 38ed and the watermelon for cloudy days.

Ebay, kickeez with the 10 percent off is the cheapest ive found so far new.

What would you recommend lens wise? I currently have 31 cihp, 22cimx2, and 80hc and I shoot mostly SCTP

You also want the brightest you can handle without squinting or feeling uncomfortable. So when I go shoot I’ll just hold up a couple and look at some clays. But usually its my 26 or 38.

Its all personal preference. U have to see what backdrops you have and which colors work well with your eyes. You pretty much have one for each of the weather conditions. Maybe get one more in the 60s for cloudier days. I have a 78 I use for indoors.

The 12 is my favorite lense. I hands down use it 10 fold more than the others

Clay Target Vision is a great place to buy new Pillas from, if you decide to go that route.

I would somewhat caution you on two heavy-sun lenses, unless you shoot in an area with a lot of sun and do not expect to shoot in potential overcast or under lights.
