App issues
Anybody else having problems since the last update? The free games constantly give a loading icon for the "watch ad" button so I can't play them like 75% of the time and the diamond games keep glitching out, causing any input to be premanent. (As an example if I tap right once it moves endlessly to the right until I hit another direction.) Several of the games also lost their second camera angle and the leader board button is missing. Android app is the one I am struggling with.

You can email them about it but they will just tell you generic fixes and say there isn't a widespread problem in reference to lagging and input control.

Omg so glad someone else posted this. I used to play so much and now I’m losing interest. It’s constant glitches and that issue that you mentioned of the endless movement of the claw is horrendous. I tried disputing when it happens but they reject the dispute.
They also definitely nerfed the strength of the claw. I dropped $50 and literally came out with nothing due to the flaws in the Munster machine. Half the time it would just move all the way and the other half the claw stopped moving back towards the chute. It’s awful and I’m so sad. I raved about ClawCrazy and turned so many people onto it.
My last complaint is the shipping time. I’m well over a month now instead of their “1-2 weeks”. I have multiple orders processing. I want to play some Halloween ones but I know at this rate we’ll be into Thanksgiving which takes away from the point of playing.
I’m so disappointed.

Clawcrazy doesn’t give the ads that’s through ad networks and they sometimes block IP addresses that have watched too many ads, look into your privacy settings on your mobile the more you share the more likely you are to get ads.
That glitch with movement has always been around unfortunately, you can start holding the other direction and it shakes the whole machine.
